Frizo’s new album, “Behind The Music” is what the community has been waiting for, from a hip hop artist. The album is mainly focused on the hardships of being a hip hop artist in the Midwest. The feeling and emotion is very intense, beginning with the introduction. The once, young and juvenile rapper seems to finally have matured into a legit hip hop artist, that you can actually enjoy listening to. The album is very well produced with an array of everything from synths, to live instruments, to samples from Al Green, and Julian Lennon. It’s obvious in the first 30 seconds of the introduction that “Behind The Music” isn’t an album you would want your 7 year old children listening to. But for the teenagers, college crowds and adults, it’s an overall great album from Wisconsin’s Mr. Frizo.
