Pap and Remy’s Wedding…Not for at least 6 Months

Due to an incredibly stupid move by Papoose, Remy and Pap’s wedding never happened yesterday and now visitation is cancelled between the two for 6 months. According to the NY Daily News, Shamele “Papoose” Mackey, was caught bringing contraband into Rikers Island. The gift for Ms. Ma… a handcuff key. Here’s the report:

“Remy Ma’s jailhouse nuptials were abruptly called off Monday when her rapper groom, Papoose, showed up with a most curious wedding present: a handcuff key.

“A wedding was scheduled today and a visitor to that wedding service was found to be in possession of jail contraband so the wedding was canceled,” a correction official told the Daily News.

“The key that was found today easily opened handcuffs that we and other law enforcement officials use,” the official said.

Now the 29-year-old Brooklyn-born Papoose – real name Shamele Mackie – won’t be able to see his fiancée until November.

“The visitor was sanctioned by not being able to visit Rikers Island again for six months,” the official said. “He was asked to leave.”

Of course speculation is that he was trying to break her out, but here’s my thought on the deal…Pap wanted an easy way out, and what better than to get caught bringing something in so that your banned from seeing your chick! Haha, next up for Pap, not accepting Remy’s calls. We’ll see what happens.

 

First Pic from the Notorious Set

Entertainment Weekly has gotten the first pic from the Notorious movie set. Some sites are claiming the movie looks corny from the pics and should go straight to dvd. Wasn’t the whole 90’s/Bad Boy era kinda corny. Case and point…all videos Diddy was involved in. LMAO! There’s no way this movie will go straight to DVD if they released movies with Martin Lawrence dressed up as a grandma. Come on now people, I don’t think Diddy would even consider a pic about BIG and him going straight to DVD, let alone the money this movie will make…oh hold up, maybe it will…bootlegs!
