This year, on returning from our winter home, we found several issues with the pergola - the wood was not properly treated, the holes not pre-drilled properly, there are large cracks and splits in the entire structure. I keep hearing that the problem is with the company from which R.U. obtained the wood. I don't care, really, I gave my money to R.U. and they have yet to make this good.
