We actually did all the paperwork through email and did not actually visit their location until the day we picked up the spa. Being 2 hours away was outside their delivery area but the spa itself was really easy to move an set up. We were in it the next night. Will recommend both Jackie & Recreation Unlimited to anyone interested in a new spa.
