This is laughable in my experience. "Our friendly and knowledgeable team members are dedicated to your satisfaction." I received no satisfaction for a faulty product that was put together and after first use cracked. Company made it impossible for a return/refund said follow up with warranty from company even though I refuse to trial another product from the company. Women did everything in her power to not allow a refund. Said item must be unopened and unassembled. Also have to pay for Return shipping to send item back plus they would subtract shipping cost from my original amount paid.Do not buy from this company total scammers to consumers.
This tent is a great option if you need temporary storage or one that can be taken apart and traveled with easily. But, thanks to its size, you can even move it while it is fully assembled (an easy process because you don’t need any tool to set it up). You only need a level ground to set it up, and the back panel has Velcro attachments to give you extra space in case you want to secure your bike to a pole and still keep it protected from bad weather. You can attach a small lock on the zippers, but given the tent’s material and Velcro in the back it won’t make that much of a difference.
