Resin sheds are very low maintenance and can be built from kits. They are fairly durable and lightweight, but sizes, styles, and colors are limited. There is little to no customization, and they are less likely to have floors unless you custom build one, which adds to the cost. Most resin sheds cost around $1,000 to build from a kit.
It was a pleasure working with them to design our shed. It was built and delivered quickly. The guys did a great job removing and replacing the fence and installing it. The shed is absolutely beautiful.
Our storage sheds begin with the smallest 6’ x 6’ Mini Barns that have 44”side walls and a 36” single door with a price around $2,300 and run in size up to 14’ x 40’ with up to 7’-5” side walls. The structure is made of durable HDPE, double-walled and reinforced with steel all over, the roof has steel trusses to help it stay put and withstand a weight of 23 pounds per square foot, and the floor is made of the same HDPE, it’s anti-slip and it can hold up to 35 pounds per square foot. However, all this is possible only if you have a strong and very level foundation to lay it on, and most recommend going for concrete. The materials and build guarantee an all-weather resistance and a wind resistance of up to 65 mph, and the roof has a 6:12 pitch ratio to help with snow shedding during winter. If the winds in your area are stronger, we advise that you anchor it to the foundation. Maintenance-wise it doesn’t require anything other than dusting and regular checks of the metal hardware.
